SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 c. cooked sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1/3 c. milk

Combine all ingredients and pour into casserole dish.

TOPPING MIX:

Combine:

1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. flour
1 c. chopped pecans
1/3 c. butter

Sprinkle over casserole, cut 1/2 stick butter into pieces and place over top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
