3 c. sweet potatoes, mashed
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. evaporated milk
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat all ingredients together and pour into a greased 2 quart casserole. Cover with topping (recipe follows) and bake in a 375 degree oven for 30 minutes.

TOPPING:

1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. butter, melted
1 c. flaked coconut
1 c. pecans, chopped

Combine ingredients and mix well until crumbly. Sprinkle over potatoes.
