2 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
1 c. coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. milk
3 tbsp. bourbon

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into casserole dish. Top with topping and bake.

TOPPING:

3/4 stick butter, melted
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. pecans, chopped

Mix and spread on top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
