SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 c. sweet potatoes, mashed
3/4 c. coconut
1/3 c. butter, melted
2 eggs
2/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla

TOPPING:

1 c. brown sugar
1 c. pecans, chopped
1/3 c. flour
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Pour into a casserole and top with special topping which has been mixed together in a small bowl. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
