1 pkg. lime Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 lg. avocado
2 tbsp. grated onion
3 tbsp. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. mayonnaise
Pinch salt
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
Small can pineapple
1 c. whipped cream

Dissolve Jello in hot water with salt, lemon. Cool but not congealed. Add remaining ingredients and let set.
