HUNGRY JACK BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
16 oz. can pork and beans
3/4 c. barbecue sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. instant minced onion
1 can refrigerated biscuits
1 c. shredded cheddar

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Brown beef; drain. Stir in next 5 ingredients, heat until bubbly. Pour into casserole dish. Cut biscuits in half. Place cut side down around edge of casserole. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown. Serves 4-6.
