STUFFED PORK CHOPS 
6 pork chops with pockets
1 pkg. all-purpose stuffing
1 lb. hot pork sausages
Sm. amount of cooking oil

Clean and season chops to taste. Brown chops on both sides in cooking oil. Fry sausages until done. Prepare stuffing as usually done. Combine sausage with stuffing. Put stuffing in pockets of chops. Be sure not to over stuff.

Place chops in pan (lay flat). Add some water so as not to have chops stick. Cook at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Watch occasionally for sticking chops.
