SUGAR GLAZED NUTS 
1/2 c. (1/4 lb.) butter
1 c. brown sugar, packed
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 lb. (2 c.) walnuts
1/2 lb. (2 c.) pecans

In 1 1/2 quart casserole, place butter. Microwave at high 1 minute or until melted. Stir in brown sugar and cinnamon. Microwave at high 2 minutes. Mix well to combine butter and sugar. Add nuts and mix to coat. Microwave at high 3 to 5 minutes. Spread out onto wax paper and cool slightly. Serve warm or cold. Makes 1 pound.

Microwave time: 6 to 8 minutes, power level: high.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
