PINK CLOUD FROZEN SALAD | |
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1/4 c. honey 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen sliced strawberries, partially thawed 2 bananas, sliced 2 c. miniature marshmallows 1 c. Cool Whip In large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add honey; continue to beat until blended. Add strawberries, bananas and marshmallows. Stir with rubber spatula until coated. Gently fold in Cool Whip until well mixed. Pour into a 9 inch square pan. Freeze until firm. Cover with foil for continued storage. To serve, let stand at room temperature for 20-30 minutes. Cut into squares. 9 servings. |
