PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
4 pork chops
1 can cream of chicken soup
8-10 potatoes, peeled
Salt & pepper to taste

Brown pork chops in skillet. Place chops in bottom of 9"x13" pan. Then add sliced potatoes and seasoning. Put soup and a can of water in skillet and mix together. This is for the added flavor, then pour the soup mixture over the potatoes and add more water until it nearly covers potatoes. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees, covered. Then uncover and bake for 15 minutes until potatoes are golden and tender. Recipe can be increased easily, just make sure the baking pan is large enough.
