PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
4 medium size potatoes
1 lg. onion
Salt and pepper
4 carrots
4 pork chops
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can hot water

Slice potatoes, carrots and onion in thin slices. Place a layer of each in bottom of greased baking dish. Arrange seasoned pork chops on top of chopped vegetables. Then cover all with the heated soup and water mixed together. You may substitute cream of mushroom soup for the cream of chicken soup. Bake in moderate oven at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
