KOREAN BULGOKI | |
2 pkgs. stew meat 2 carrots, sliced 1 sm. white onion or 1 bunch green 2/3 c. soy sauce 1/2 tsp. black pepper 1 tsp. garlic powder 2 tsp. sesame seeds 3 tbsp. sesame seed oil 2 tbsp. sugar Slice stew meat into thin slices. Sprinkle with sugar and mix thoroughly. Set aside until vegetables are sliced. Mix together all ingredients. Cook over medium heat on stove top until done. Serve warm over rice. |
