SIMPLE DEVILED EGGS 
10 boiled eggs
mayo
lemon juice (optional)
pepper
salt
paprika
parsley

Boil 10 eggs till hard. Peel the eggs under cold running water.

Once peeled, cut in half (doesn't matter which way).

Put egg yolk into a bowl. Add mayonnaise. Start with 2 spoonfuls, adding more if needed.

Mix well, then add a small or large squeeze of lemon juice. Scoop egg yolks back into center of egg whites. Sprinkle lightly with paprika and minced fresh parsley, if desired, for extra color.
