OVEN BEEF BURGUNDY 
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. flour
2 lbs. beef stew meat, 1 1/2" cubes
4 med. carrots, peeled chunks
2 lg. onions, sliced
1 c. sliced celery
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. each pepper, marjoram & thyme
1 c. dry red wine
1 c. sliced mushrooms

In a 2 1/2 to 3 quart Dutch oven, blend flour and soy sauce. Add the beef to the mixture and toss to coat the meat. Add the carrots, onions, celery, garlic and seasonings and the wine to the meat. Stir gently, recover and bake an additional 1 1/2 to 3 hours at 350 degrees. This can be served with hot buttered rice, noodles or potatoes. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
