BEEF BURGUNDY 
2 1/2 to 3 lb. beef stroganoff meat
1 pkg. dry onion Lipton soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. burgundy wine

Palace meat of bottom of roaster pan. Pour cream of mushroom and cream of celery soup on top. Put dry onion soup, even by over meat and pour wine over everything. Bake at 300 degrees for 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Don't let it cook for more than 3 hours.
