LEMON SQUARES 
3/4 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. Rice Chex crushed to 1/3 c.
1/3 c. butter

Process in food processor with steel blade.

TOPPING:

2 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/8 tsp. baking powder
4 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. lemon peel
Powdered sugar

Butter bottom of 9 inch square glass dish. Mix base ingredients together in food processor. Press firmly in bottom of dish to form crust. Microwave on high 3 minutes, turning. Prepare topping. Combine all ingredients except powdered sugar. Pour over base. Microwave on high 5 minutes, rotating. Cool. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cut in 2 inch squares.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
