LEMON SQUARES 
CRUST:

2 c. flour
1 c. butter
1/4 c. XXX sugar

FILLING:

4 eggs
2 c. sugar
2/3 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder

CRUST: Melt butter. Mix and press all into 9"x12" pan (glass is best). Cook at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until light brown around edges.

FILLING: Mix all together, pour over hot crust and return to oven for 25 minutes. Great easy dessert for busy moms.
