10 med. potatoes, cooked
1/2 lb. butter
1 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 c. scalded milk
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened

Mash potatoes. Add all ingredients; cream cheese last. Place in greased casserole. Sprinkle with paprika. Place in refrigerator overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
