NACHOS NACHOS 
1 bag or box of tortilla chips
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 can pitted black olives
2 scallions, sliced
1 jar salsa or taco sauce
1 sm. container sour cream

Spread chips in a single layer in a large pan. Sprinkle with cheese, then olives and scallions. Bake at 400 degrees for 2-3 minutes or until cheese melts. Serve on platter with salsa and sour cream in dip bowls.
