MEXICAN MEAT CUPS 
1 tube biscuits
1 lb. hamburger
1 can Mexican enchilada sauce
1 (16 oz.) can Mexican chili beans
Lettuce
Tomatoes
Cheddar cheese, shredded

Shape biscuit dough over bottom of muffin pan. Bake at 375 degrees until golden brown. Fry and drain hamburger, add sauce and beans and cook until bubbling. Pour mixture into biscuits and top with shredded lettuce and tomatoes. Top with cheese.
