BONNYMILL BAKED EGGS 
6 eggs
1/4 c. dairy sour cream
1/2 c. half and half
3/4 c. diced, cooked ham
1/2 tbsp. chopped chives
1 tbsp. butter
Salt & pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat eggs in a large bowl. Add remaining ingredients and beat well. Melt the butter in a 7"x7" pan and brush it on bottom and sides. Bake at 350 degrees until mixture is set and top is golden (perhaps 20 to 25 minutes). Serve with a small spatula. Garnish, if desired, with small parsley sprigs or almost anything. Toasted English muffins go well with it. A green salad or fruit salad is a good accompaniment.
