BATTER FRIED CHICKEN 
FLOUR MIXTURE:

In a baggie mix: 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. celery salt 1/2 tsp. pepper

Double if making a large amount of chicken.

THIN BATTER:

Beat together until smooth: 1 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 1 egg 1 c. milk 1/4 c. milk

Boil chicken on simmer for 20 minutes. Drain, dip chicken in flour mixture and then into batter. Deep fry until brown. (If batter becomes too thick, thin with milk.)
