CRAB MEAT CASSEROLE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli or 1 1/2 lb. fresh broccoli
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
6 tbsp. butter, melted
2 tbsp. chopped onion
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. crab meat
1/2 c. bread crumbs

Cook broccoli and arrange in a greased casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Saute onions in 4 tablespoons butter and stir in flour and salt. Add milk slowly and cook until thickened. Add lemon juice and crab meat and pour over broccoli.

Mix rest of butter with bread crumbs and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 4.
