FRUITCAKE ROLLS 
1 lb. graham crackers, crushed fine
1 lg. bag marshmallows
1 sm. can evaporated milk
1 lb. candied cherries
1/2 lb. candied pineapple
1 c. coconut, packed
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 c. sugar

Put milk in double boiler over low heat, stir in marshmallows and sugar. Stir until dissolved. Remove boiler and let it cool. Combine remaining ingredients and pour cooled marshmallow mixture over, and mix well. Let cool and make into balls. Roll in cracker crumbs. Wrap separately in wax paper and refrigerate. Makes 10 large rolls.
