1/3 c. sugar
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
3 eggs (or substitute)
1 lb. applesauce

Mix the sugar and cinnamon together and set aside. Mix cake mix, eggs nd applesauce for 2 minutes on low speed. Grease a bundt pan well. Put 1 tablespoon of cinnamon-sugar mixture on bottom of pan. Put 1/3 of cake mixture in pan, top with 1/3 cinnamon-sugar mixture. Continue until all cake mixture is in pan. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool for 15 minutes and invert.
