FRENCH BEEF STEW 
1 1/2 lb. beef stew meat, cubed
1 onion, chopped
1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms
4 beef flavored bouillon cubes
4 tbsp. quick cooking oats

Combine all ingredients with 3 cups water in large baking pan, mixing well. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 3 to 3 1/2 hours. Serve over rice.
