FLANK STEAK ORIENTAL 
2 beef flank steaks
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 tsp. fresh ground pepper
2/3 c. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. Tabasco
1/3 c. dry sherry or vermouth

Rub steaks with garlic and pepper and marinate in liquid. Let stand several hours turning several times or overnight in refrigerator. Grill over hot coals. Cut across grain and serve.
