RASPBERRY SHRUB | |
4 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen raspberries, thawed 1 (6 oz.) can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed 2 qts. ginger ale, chilled Cook raspberries for 10 minutes. Rub through strainer with wooden spoon and cool. Add concentrate; stir in ginger ale. Serve immediately in tall glasses with ice cubes or crushed ice. Makes 12 servings of 1 cup each. |
