BEEF ROLL-UPS PINWHEELS 
1 pkg. chopped beef
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 tsp. horseradish
2 tsp. milk
Garlic powder

Cream soften cheese, add horseradish, milk, and garlic. Cream well. Separate beef slices. Spread each slice with cheese mixture. Roll slices and secure with toothpick. Chill at least 1 hour. Slice 1/8 inch thick.
