BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
1 lb. sausage, cooked & drained
8 to 10 eggs
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. half & half
1/2 lb. American cheese, grated, divided
Salt & pepper

In 9 x 13 inch pan, melt butter and coat pan. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Break eggs over cheese. Break yolks with fork. Spoon cream over eggs. Add salt and pepper. Arrange sausage over layer. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
