APPLE CRISP 
8 apples, sliced and peeled
1/2 c. white sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

TOPPING:

3/4 c. rolled oats
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. melted butter

Mix the sugar, flour, cinnamon and salt and apples. Put into a greased 9x13 dish and cover with topping mixture which you have made into crumbs. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
