SHIPWRECK DINNER 
4 raw potatoes, sliced
2 diced onions
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
4 stalks celery, chopped
1/4 c. raw rice
3 carrots, sliced
1 green pepper, slivered
1 can tomato soup

Brown beef and drain. Place alternate layers of all ingredients, except soup, in greased baking dish. Mix soup with equal amount of water. Pour over all and bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours.
