HOT FUDGE SUNDAY CAKE 
1 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cocoa
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts; optional
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1 3/4 c. hot tap water

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In 9 x 9 x 2 pan, stir flour, sugar, 2 tablespoon cocoa, baking powder, and salt. Add milk, oil, and vanilla. Mix with fork until smooth. Spread evenly in pan. Mix brown sugar and 1/4 cup cocoa. Spread over batter. Pour hot water over this. Bake for 40 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes. Serve over ice cream and ENJOY!!!
