1 pkg. (3 3/4 oz.) chocolate pudding
1 pkg. devil's food cake mix
1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Heat oven to 350 degrees.

Grease and flour baking pan, 13 x 9 x 2 inches. In large saucepan cook pudding as directed on package. Stir cake mix (dry) into hot pudding. Beat 2 minutes on medium speed. Pour into pan, sprinkle batter with chocolate pieces and nuts. Bake 35 to 40 minutes. Serve warm or cold.
