1 pkg. large pudding mix (chocolate)
3 c. milk
1 pkg. chocolate cake mix
1 c. chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. With milk prepare pudding mix according to instructions. Mix in chocolate cake mix (dry). Place mixture in a floured and greased cake pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top. Bake in oven approximately 30 minutes.
