QUICK AND EASY FUDGE CAKE 
2 (1 oz. ea.) squares chocolate
1/3 cup butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1/2 tsp. flavoring (vanilla is good)
pinch of salt

Preheat oven to 300°F. Melt chocolate and butter (more if you choose to) over hot water.

When melted drop in sugar; beat, drop in eggs, beat, drop in flour; beat. Add nuts, flavoring and a pinch of salt. Bake at 300°F for 25 to 30 minutes.

Cut into squares. Delicious!
