QUICK AND EASY FRUIT COCKTAIL
CAKE
 
1 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
2 c. fruit cocktail (with juice)

Mix ingredients in order - no need to sift - just mix well and pour into greased pan. Sprinkle with 1 cup brown sugar and 1/2 cup chopped nuts. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
