Small box chocolate pudding
2 c. milk
1 box Duncan Hines cake mix
1 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped

Cook: small box chocolate pudding with 2 cups milk, just to a boil.

Take off stove and stir in 1 box "dry" cake mix. Pour in 13 by 9 inch cake pan. Sprinkle 1 cup chocolate chips on top, then 1/2 cup chopped walnuts. Bake 30 minutes in 350 degree oven.
