SHOO - FLY CUP CAKES 
2 1/2 c. flour (Gold Medal)
1 1/2 c. brown sugar (light)
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. baking powder

LIQUID MIX:

1 c. dark brown sugar
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 tsp. baking soda

Mix first 4 ingredients into crumbs. Save 1 cup crumbs. Add the liquid to the rest of the crumbs. Fill paper cups (that are placed in the muffin tins) 2/3 full each. Add the crumbs by sprinkling them on the tops. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
