SPANISH RICE AND BEANS 
1 (11 1/4 oz.) can condensed bean with bacon soup
1 1/2 c. V8 vegetable juice or tomato juice
1 c. quick-cooking rice, uncooked
1/2 c. water
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
1 tsp. chili powder

In a 1 1/2-quart microwave-safe casserole, blend together soup, juice, rice, water, chilies and chili powder. Cover with lid. Stirring midway through cooking, microwave on HIGH 10 minutes. Let stand, covered, 5 minutes; stir before serving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
