PINK APPLESAUCE SALAD 
1/2 c. red cinnamon candies
2 c. boiling water
2 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello
2 c. unsweetened applesauce
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. light cream
2 tbsp. salad dressing

Dissolve candy in boiling water. Add Jello, stir to dissolve. Stir in applesauce and lemon juice; chill until mixture begins to thicken. Pour into 8 x 8 x 2 pan. Combine cream cheese, cream and salad dressing. Spoon on top of gelatin and swirl to make marbled effect. Chill until firm. Cut in squares and serve on lettuce.
