MILLIONAIRES PIE 
3 egg whites
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 tsp. vanilla
20 Ritz crackers

Bowl #1 - beat egg whites with sugar until stiff. Add vanilla.

Bowl #2 - add nuts to Ritz crackers.

Fold contents of bowl #1 into bowl #2. Grease a 9 inch pie plate and form cracker mixture into pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

FILLING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3/4 c. confectioners' sugar
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 pt. heavy cream
1/3 c. walnuts

Beat cream cheese with sugar. Spread over cooled pie shell. Pour pineapple over cheese. Beat heavy cream with 2 tablespoons sugar and spread over pie. Decorate with chopped walnuts. Cool in refrigerator until set (at least 2 hours).
