BAKED STUFFED CLAM CASSEROLE 
1 qt. ground clam meat
2 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
1/4 lb. butter, melted
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Pinch of garlic powder

Mix above ingredients and place in buttered casserole dish. Cover with Ritz cracker crumbs (crushed by hand); dot with butter. Bake 1 1/4 hours at 350 degrees. Serves 4.
