PASTISIO 
1 lb. rigatoni macaroni
1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. can tomato sauce
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 stick butter
1 c. ground Romano cheese
5 eggs, beaten
3 c. milk
3 tbsp. flour

Cook maraconi. Brown beef with onion. Add tomato sauce; set aside. Melt butter, add flour while stirring, add milk, and continue to stir for 1 to 2 minutes. Set aside; cool. Layer macaroni, hamburger, cheese - ending with macaroni. Mix beaten eggs with flour mixture. Add to casserole. Bake at 300 degrees for 1/2 hour in a 9 x 12 inch pan.
