CHEDDAR ZUCCHINI BAKE 
6 c. zucchini, unpared, thinly sliced, cooked (lightly), drained & salted
2 egg yolks, slightly beaten
1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. flour
2 egg whites, stiffly beaten
1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
6 slices bacon, fried
1 tbsp. butter, melted
1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs

Mix egg yolks, sour cream and flour. Fold in beaten egg whites. Layer half each of zucchini, egg mixture and cheese in 12" x 7 1/2" x 2" dish. Crumble bacon over cheese. Repeat layers. Mix butter and crumbs, sprinkle over. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Can be made ahead.
