PEPPER-CHICKEN FETTUCINI TOSS 
1 lb. fettucini, uncooked
1/4 c. olive oil
3 whole boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
2 lg. yellow bell peppers, cut into strips
2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 med. onion, cut into chunks
1 tsp. any salt-free herb seasoning

Cook fettucini as directed on package. In large skillet, heat oil, add chicken, peppers, onion, mushrooms and seasoning. Cook and stir over medium heat until chicken is cooked (8-10 minutes). Add cooked fettucini and cheese. Toss to coat. Serve immediately. Yield: 12 servings - 1 serving = 264 calories.
