FROSTED CRANBERRY SALAD 
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple
2 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry flavored Jello
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tbsp. salad dressing
1 (1 lb.) can whole cranberry sauce
1 c. heavy cream, whipped
1/2 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
1 apple, pared & chopped

Drain pineapple and cranberry sauce, reserving liquid. Add enough water to make 2 cups. Pour into saucepan and bring to a boil.

Dissolve Jello in hot liquid in bowl. Chill until partially set. Beat together cream cheese and salad dressing in large bowl until light and fluffy. Gradually beat in Jello. Fold mixture into whipped cream. Fold pineapple, cranberry sauce, walnuts and apple into mixture. Pour into 11 x 7 x 1 1/2 inch baking dish. Chill several hours. Makes 12 servings.
