FRUIT CAKE 
2 eggs
1 c. raisins or dates
1 roll Pillsbury refrigerated cookie dough, softened to room temp.
1 c. coarsely chopped walnuts or pecans
1 c. whole red cherries or mixed fruit

Either butterscotch nut, oatmeal raisin or chocolate chip.

Generously grease a 9"x5" loaf pan and line with brown or wax paper. Beat eggs, add crumbled cookie dough and mix well. Add the remaining ingredients and spread mixture in pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 70 to 80 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool and wrap in foil for several days or weeks.
