CRANBERRY RELISH 
1 pkg. orange or lemon jello
1 c. hot water
1 qt. cranberries
2 apples, peeled and chopped
2 c. sugar
juice from 2 oranges

Dissolve jello in hot water. Add cranberries and chopped apples. Add sugar and orange juice. Mix thoroughly. Place in the refrigerator. Will keep more than a week. Better after it sets a day.
