CRANBERRY RELISH MOLD 
1 pkg. mixed fruit jello or cranberry jello
3/4 c. boiling water
1 chopped orange with skin
1 can whole berry cranberry sauce
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Dissolve jello in boiling water. Add orange, cranberry sauce and pecans. Chill in mold until firm.

Yields 2 1/2 cups.

Delicious with turkey and cornbread-sausage stuffing.
